BRINGING YOU CLOSER…

Not too long ago, the academics, Talent sourcers, recruiters and Examiners are left with practically no choice other than the bottle-necked, cumbersome and ineffective testing method of setting up candidates in a confined physical hall with print question papers and whooping number of invigilators to conduct and monitor Test progress. All who have been there can tell the story.  Candidates are difficult to manage, logistics fail in one way or the order, uninvited candidates ‘gate-crash’ the hall, invigilators and supervisors compromise, candidates risk lives travelling on highways for a 2 hr test, and then…, it’s another realm of tussle to get tests marked and marked correctly; it takes almost forever to get back to candidates and to crown it all, administrators or Host spend lots of Money to set up the Test.
