Not too long ago, the academics, Talent sourcers, recruiters and Examiners are left with practically no choice other than the bottle-necked, cumbersome and ineffective testing method of setting up candidates in a confined physical hall with print question papers and whooping number of invigilators to conduct and monitor Test progress.
